Site creation process.

Step 1 - Meet to determine the requirements for your site:

  • What you wish the site to do for you
  • what tools need to be built into the site
  • how you'd like the site to function in terms of accessibility and navigation.

Step 2 - From the information gathered in step one, I'll construct a project plan that illustrates what pages are to be included on the site and how they'll interact with one and other.

Step 3 - Once the project plan has been approved several different designs will be constructed and posted to a test site ( where only you will have access ) From these you will choose a final design and the construction phase will begin.

Step 4 - At this point all of the site content (text & images ) must be in our hands so that the final build can be completed without undue delay. While it is possible to accommodate minor changes at this stage, major alterations to the structure or content of the site will have an impact on the final fee for the site. If major changes are introduced at this stage a new fee will be negotiated before the site construction continues.

Step 5 - At completion the new site will be posted on the test server for a final review and approval.

Step 6 - Site launch.
